Return/Exchange Policy

 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange any item for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item. In the event that an item arrives defective, our customer service team will work with you to find the best solution on a case-by-case basis: either replacing the item or providing a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank).

 

Undeliverable Orders

 

The shipping information you provide at checkout is what will be printed on your shipping label. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you would like the order re-shipped to a different address, an additional shipping/handling fee of $6.95 will apply.
